Navix is an AI-powered project management platform built with Flutter that turns a developer's skills and goals into complete, actionable projects. It guides users through an end-to-end pipeline — idea generation, scope refinement, full PRDs, milestone roadmaps, risk prediction, and AI supervision — all powered by Navi, a custom large language model fine-tuned in-house from Qwen3-14B rather than a third-party API. Beyond solo planning, Navix is also a collaboration platform with teams, real-time chat, surveys, and a community feed.
